Digital Connectivity and Data Management in Ophthalmology (IHE) |

The IHE (Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise) project has the goal to evaluate and support IT standards in ophthalmic environments like DICOM, HL7, SNOMED (terminology) etc. It was launched with the objective to integrate a hospital's IT and imaging systems and their capabilities to interchange information without restrictions.
